POLÍTICA ERASMUS IEA Y CARTA ERASMUS EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR 2021-2027

DECLARACIÓN POLÍTICA DE ERASMUS DEL IEA

Una de las señas de identidad del Instituto de Enseñanzas Aplicadas es la dimensión europea de nuestra formación. En diciembre de 2009 nos fue otorgada por primera vez la Carta Erasmus, en 2013 volvimos a obtener la Carta Erasmus+  y en la actualidad nos ha sido otorgada la "ERASMUS CHARTER FOR HIGHER EDUCATION 2021-2027" (VER ARCHIVO PDF AL FINAL DEL DOCUMENTO).

Durante todos estos años hemos promovido proyectos de movilidad de estudiantes para realizar las prácticas obligatorias de los Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior de nuestra oferta educativa. Recientemente hemos incorporado  movilidades para los estudiantes de los Ciclos Formativos de Grado Medio y hemos realizado movilidades para el aprendizaje de profesores.  Las movilidades se promueven desde nuestro centro a través del CONSORCIO ERASMUS+  FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL CASTILLA Y LEÓN y de la Consejería de Educación.

En este tiempo hemos consolidado acuerdos de colaboración con empresas de diferentes países europeos: Reino Unido, Alemania, Suiza, República Checa, Finlandia e Italia. El IEA pone todos los medios necesarios para  garantizar que son empresas donde se realizan unas prácticas de calidad.

Con todo ello hemos conseguido alcanzar parte de los objetivos estratégicos de mejora en todos los aspectos relacionados con la proyección hacia la internacionalización y la modernización del centro. Pero seguimos trabajando con entusiasmo para establecer nuevos acuerdos de colaboración con empresas y con otros Institutos de Formación Profesional para realizar proyectos de cooperación e intercambio de buenas prácticas para profesores y alumnos.

OBJETIVOS DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN LOS  PROGRAMAS EUROPEOS

  • Promover la inclusión, la integración y la tolerancia como signos de identidad de nuestro centro.
  • Mejorar la calidad de la formación profesional de nuestro alumnado.
  • Posibilitar la mejora de las competencias lingüísticas de alumnos y profesores.
  • Contribuir a la creación de un sentimiento de identidad europea en toda la comunidad educativa.
  • Mejorar las competencias en el uso de las TIC en alumnos y profesores.
  • Mejorar las posibilidades de empleo de nuestro alumnado.
  • Participar en el desarrollo económico y social de nuestra comunidad.

Otros objetivos específicos son:

  • Permitir que los alumnos puedan conocer el sistema de relaciones laborales del país al que acuden y lo puedan comparar con el sistema español.
  • Conocer cómo funciona el sistema de relaciones en el entorno de trabajo y la política de personal de una empresa extrajera (relaciones entre compañeros, motivación sistema salariales, etc.).
  • Conocer cómo funciona el sistema de prevención de riesgos laborales en otro país.
  • Permitir a los alumnos medir su propio nivel de capacitación y tener una motivación extra a la hora de afrontar su propia formación.

La participación del IEA en el Programa Erasmus contribuye a la consecución de nuestros objetivos, a la vez que apoyamos la construcción de un Espacio Europeo de Educación, ya que perseguimos las mismas metas: la eliminación de barreras para los jóvenes en la educación y en el empleo.

Para la implementación del Programa Erasmus hemos creado un Proyecto estructurado que define claramente las actividades a realizar antes, durante y después de la movilidad. Estas actividades están integradas en nuestra cultura institucional y transcienden a toda la comunidad educativa.

El Proyecto Erasmus del IEA está incluido en el Proyecto Curricular del Centro (PCC) y en la Programación General Anual (PGA).

 

IEA ERASMUS POLICY STATEMENT

One of the hallmarks of the Instituto de Enseñanzas Aplicadas (IEA) is the European dimension of our training. In December 2009 we were awarded the Erasmus Charter for the first time, in 2013 we  got la Carta Erasmus+ and now we have been awwared the "ERASMUS CHARTER FOR HIGHER EDUCATION 2021-2027" (SEE PDF AT THE END OF THE DOCUMENT).

During all these years we have promoted student mobility projects to carry out the compulsory practices of the Higher Level VET. Recently we have incorporated mobility for students of Medium Level VET and learning mobility for teachers. They are promoted from our center through CONSORCIO ERASMUS+  FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL CASTILLA Y LEÓN and Consejería de Educación.

Along this time we have consolidated collaboration agreements with companies from different European countries: United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Finland and Italy. The IEA implements all the necessary means to guarantee high quality internship companies.

As a result we have managed to achieve part of the strategic objectives of improving related to the projection towards internationalization and modernization of our institution. However, we continue enthusiastic working to establish new collaboration agreements with companies and new VET schools for cooperation projects and exchange of good practices for staff and students.

OBJECTIVES OF PARTICIPATION IN EUROPEAN PROGRAMMES

  • Promote inclusion, coexistence and tolerance as hallmarks of our school.
  • Improve quality of the students’ vocational training.
  • Enable improvement of language skills of both students and teachers.
  • Contribute to the creation of a feeling of European identity.
  • Increase competencies in the use of ICT in students and teachers.
  • Increase the employability of students.
  • Participate in the economic and social development of our community.

Another specific objectives are:

  • Allowing students to know the industrial relations system of the country they come and what can compare with the Spanish system.
  • Knowing how the system of relationships in the work environment and policy staff of a foreign company, e.g. peer-relationships or motivation wage system.
  • Knowing how the system of occupational safety in another country.
  • Enable students to measure their own level of training and have extra motivation when they face their own training.

The IEA´s participation in the Erasmus Program contributes to the achievement of our objectives and at the same time we support the construction of a European Education Area, because we pursue the same goals: removing barriers in both education and employment in youth.

In order to implement the Program, we have created an organized Project which clearly defined activities to be carried out before, during and after mobility. These activities are integrated in the framework of our institutional mobility culture, which involves the whole academic community. The IEA’s Erasmus Project is included in the Curricular Project of the Center and in the Annual General Programming.
